Temple, TX, June 2026 - Artcobell is excited to welcome David Bonner as Vice President of Operations, based at the headquarters in Temple, Texas. David brings extensive operational leadership experience and a history of driving performance improvements through manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and team development.
In his role, David will oversee end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. He will focus on ensuring production consistently meets quality, cost, and delivery objectives while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators related to efficiency, scrap reduction, throughput, on-time delivery, and labor utilization. David will also lead efforts to standardize processes across facilities to improve consistency and efficiency throughout the organization.

With 28 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, David brings deep expertise in injection molding, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Paulson Master Molder who has successfully led turnaround initiatives across multiple industries. Known for his leadership, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to mentoring others, David has focused on developing strong teams and driving sustainable operational improvements throughout his career.
