Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) 

The United States Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), Section 102, details regulations for the testing and certification of certain products, including school furniture with a paint finish. All relevant Artco-Bell products have been tested by a third-party laboratory and certified to comply with Section 102 of the CPSIA.
